"My picky dog actually goes for it"
My dog is super picky and usually just sniffs new food, then walks off like I offended him. But with Raised Right, he actually finished the whole bowl and even licked around the edges lol. Feeding time is way less of a struggle now.

"My dog does seem to really like..."
My dog does seem to really like the food, so I’ll give it credit for that. But the subscription side has been more annoying than I expected. One box showed up late, and another time the delivery date changed with hardly any warning. I also had to go back into my account and double check everything because the schedule didn’t look right, which isn’t something I want to be worrying about. For what it costs, I expected the whole process to feel a lot more reliable. It’s not the worst experience, but the delivery problems make me hesitant to keep using it.

"Good food, but a little too expensive for us"
The food seemed decent overall, and my dog ate it without any issues, but I wouldn’t say he was obsessed with it or anything. For the price, I just expected a bit more. The portions felt small for what you’re paying, and with shipping on top, it got hard to justify ordering again. I really wanted to like Raised Right, but the value just wasn’t there for us. Also, the whole cost-to-portion situation felt off, that part was weird.

"I took the time to look through..."
I took the time to look through the ingredients, and it was disappointing. For what this costs, I expected something I’d feel better about feeding. It’s annoying to have to dig through all that and still end up not trusting it. I won’t be buying it again

"Helpful enough, but whoever runs this needs to speed things up"
I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and it was kind of a mixed experience.
They were polite when they finally got back to me, and the help was decent, but it took longer than I expected. I also had to follow up once, which was annoying. The answer made sense eventually, but it wasn’t super clear at first, so whoever runs this should probably tighten up the support process a bit.
Overall, it wasn’t terrible, just not especially smooth. I’d probably order again, but I’d really hope the customer service is faster next time.
